Lovely rooms with good facilities and windows that opened! We asked for connecting rooms which were allocated no problem. All the staff were helpful and friendly.

Staff great, bar great and room perfect for a family of 4. Had a couple of plumbing issues but they sent someone to rectify. The prices before Xmas were off the scale for all hotels, booked this on boxing day for the day after, most hotels had reduced their prices but this was the best for what we needed.

Pretty much everything about this hotel is on point. Check in was friendly and helpful and the room and shower was great . And food was a delight

The mattress could have been a touch firmer.

Room temperature was quite cold. Bath took forever to fill up. Instructions were needed to indicate the switch to make the bathroom glass opaque

Exactly same breakfast everyday..gets very depressing eating same thing every morning..even 1 or 2 different items would have helped

It's not cheap, but good location, clean room and very friendly staff.

The view, the location and the great breakfast

The excelsior rooms are not better than the superior rooms. The excelsior has a bigger bathroom (bath instead of shower) but the superior has more furniture and better view on the city. The water pressure in our room was extremely low.

The only thing that I like was leaving the place.

This was my worst Novotel experience. The only reason that I chose this hotel is just because I stayed at other Novotels in different countries and I was quite happy with all of them. However, this one was just a disappointment. It all started with the check in and same poor service continued until check out. Check in: I paid cash for two rooms. They said our rooms would be ready in an hour. I asked for a receipt for the cash payment, the front desk agent said she added it on our reservation on Booking.com. I insisted on a receipt in case she won't be there when we come back. She said "Oh, I will be here through the night" but we got a receipt anyway. One hour later: The previous agent was not there and the new one couldn't find our payment on the system! I showed her our receipt (which I had fortunately insisted on) but it didn't help because she couldn't locate the payment anyway. After waiting for 15 minutes, we managed to get our key cards. During the stay: This is the first time I had lack of toiletries at any hotel. I spent five days with a tiny bar of soap. One tube of shampoo, one tube of shower gel. That's all, and no replacements unless they are completely used. I ran into a housekeeping staff and asked for slippers for the room. She reluctantly gave me a pair. I asked for another pair for my colleague and she said "No, only one!". Just like scolding a child who asked for a second piece of candy! Terrible attitude. The room was not clean. The complimentary biscuits (packaged) were dusty and there was even a strand of hair on them, which made me change my mind after reaching out to grab one. They stayed like that during my whole visit. Breakfast was poor. I found some kind of fuzz on the cheese twice. Check out: They couldn't find our payment again and give us an invoice. It took another 15 minutes to sort it out before we could leave the hotel for our flight. Terrible experience all over. Will not be back.

The sauna and steam room are small and weren't on.

Decor, friendly staff, room was spacious and quiet. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was great, busy but loads of food. Highly recommend this hotel.

Bar food was very poor, pizza was hard, pasta was congealed and dried out, burger ok. Rooms very small but not issue as we were out all day. Shower had huge head but disappointing water power.

Lovely staff, amazing location, really comfortable room. The bar/restaurant is a very cool place - drinks are a better option than food but both good. It's easy to get to lots of London sights and access to public transport is great.

Restaurant food was a bit average. Not bad, just not amazing.

Couldn’t believe our luck when we checked in and was told we had been selected for guests of the Day which meant we was upgraded to a suite!!! Absolutely amazing rooms , little touches that made it special, free cocktails a late check out til 3pm which meant we was able to enjoy our rooms for longer. Just perfect and it was a birthday treat from me to my daughter and sister so the upgrade and hospitality was so appreciated. Thank you!

Bed was really comfy. It was quiet. Good location. Checking in and checking out was quick and easy. Friendly staff.

Rain shower and air conditioning not working.

Uiliana (Lili) the lady who works at breakfast! She is so helpfull and kind! We like the bed too.

The bedroom was so warm! I tried slow down the temperature but it's don't worked! And the shower don't work well, let the bathroom so wet.
